小麦耐盐性QTL的元分析

摘    要:为挖掘真实有效的小麦耐盐性数量性状位点(quantitative trait loci,QTL),利用生物信息学方法,借助小麦高密度分子标记遗传图谱,对来自不同遗传背景群体的215个耐盐性QTL进行图谱整合、映射以及元分析。通过建立QTL一致性图谱,获得100个一致性QTL( meta quantitative trait loci,MQTL)位点,不均匀分布在21条染色体上;存在3个耐盐性MQTL热点区域,分别位于4A染色体的Xgwm219~Xbarc78标记区间、3B染色体的Xwpt 800213~Xwpt 9432标记区间和7B染色体的Xbarc176~Xwgp45标记区间,分别包含7、5和6个MQTL。

Abstract:In order to explore the real and effective quantitative trait loci(QTL) of wheat salt tolerance, bioinformatics methods were used with the help of the high density molecular marker genetic map of wheat. Map integration, mapping and meta analysis were performed for 215 salt tolerance QTL from different populations with different genetic backgrounds. By establishing the QTL consistency map, 100 meta QTL(MQTL) were obtained, which were unevenly distributed on 21 chromosomes. There were three hot spots associated with salt tolerant MQTL,labeled as Xgwm219-Xbarc78 on chromosome 4A, Xwpt 800213-Xwpt 9432 on chromosome 3B, and Xbarc176-Xwgp45 on chromosome 7B, containing 7, 5 and 6 MQTLs, respectively.
