| 摘 要： | 针对目前甘薯种质资源在新品种培育中利用率低、育成品种遗传背景狭窄、优异资源筛选难等问题,从核心亲本构建的数据、取样策略、有效性评价等方面提出了构建中国甘薯种质资源核心种质的具体方法,同时通过分析甘薯核心种质构建的特殊性和复杂性,对存在问题和发展方向进行了探讨,以期为甘薯种质资源核心种质构建提供理论参考,促进我国甘薯种质资源研究、利用和种质创新。

| Abstract: | In view of the current problems of low utilization rate of sweet potato germplasm in breeding,the narrow genetic background of improved varieties,and difficult screening of excellent germplasms and so on,the assumption of construction of core collection of sweet potato germplasms in China was put forward.The concrete methods for the establishment of sweet potato core collection were proposed from the construction data,sampling strategy,effectiveness evaluation and other aspects.By analyzing the special natures of constructing core collection of sweet potato germplasms,its main problems and further research directions were discussed.Look forward to provide a theoretical reference for construction of core collection of sweet potato germplasms,promote the utilization and innovation of sweet potato germplasms,and propel sweet potato industry in China. |
