摘    要:本文介绍了氦氖激光照射马的感觉神经(眶下神经、胫神经)、运动神经(副神经)及混合神经(面神经、正中神经)及颈根部迷走交感神经干镇痛效果的对比观察。实验证明,氦氖激光照射上述的感觉神经及混合神经有明显的镇痛作用,而照射运动神经及颈根部迷走交感干一般均未出现全身性的镇痛作用。因此,我们认为氦氖激光照射神经之所以产生全身性的镇痛作用很可能是通过感觉神经纤维起作用的。


STUDIES OF THE ANESTHESIA BY HE-NE LASER V. Comparative observation on the sedative effects of He-Ne laser on different nerve types of horses.
Abstract:This paper describes the comparative study of the sedative effects on sensory n. (n. infraorbitalis. n tibialis) motor n (n. accessorius) mixod n (n. medianus. n. faciaIis) and pars cervicalis caudale truncus vagus sympathicus of horses. The experiment demonstrated that tae He-Ne laser had produced obvious sedative effects when the above mentioned sensory n and mixed n wera treated. But generally speaking, no all-body sedative offect was observed when the motor. n and pars cervicalis caudala truncus vagus sympathicus were treated with He-Ne laser. Therefore we believe that the all-body sedative effect of the He-Ne laser may be produced probably through its action on the sensory nervus fibers.
