以宁夏红寺堡区为例，构建生态移民效益评价体系．在分析数据过程中，使用统计分析法和层次分析法，得出移民区各项社会事业需进一步完善的结论．其结论与政府的生态移民对社会成长和长期发展有益的预测相一致，并为西部地区科学制定移民政策提供参考．

The benefit evaluation of ecological immigration project of Ningxia- A case study of Hongsibu

This paper makes an empirical analysis of building a target system on benefit evaluation of ecological immigration by taking Hongsibu area in Ningxia as an example. The paper uses the method of statistical analysis and analytic hierarchy in the process of analysis data and gets the conclusion of immigrated area needs repair. The overall evidence is consistent with generous governmental prediction that might have a benefit impact on social development and growth in the long run. It provides a reference for government to make scientific policy of immigration in west area.
