| 摘 要： | 分子标记是继形态标记、细胞学标记和生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的遗传标记,已开始应用于咖啡遗传育种上。本文综述了分子标记的种类、咖啡种质资源及分子标记在咖啡种质资源遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建、遗传稳定性分析及基因定位等方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Molecular markers are new types of genetic marker that developed after morphological markers,cytological markers and biological markers and have used in coffee during the past decade.In this paper,the kinds of molecular markers and coffee germplasm resources were summarized,and the main aspects of application of molecular markers in coffee,including genetic diversity,molecular linkage maps,hereditary stability and gene mapping were reviewed.Additionally,the future on its application was also described. |
