云南红豆杉短穗条扦插育苗试验

在西双版纳普文试验林场进行插穗长度为 5cm、 3cm、 1cm的云南红豆杉短穗条的多因素扦插育苗试验。试验结果 ,短穗条扦插 6 9天后可达生根稳定期 ,5cm、 3cm、 1cm长穗条的平均成活率分别为 40 6 %、 2 7 5 %和 5 6 % ,参试因素的最佳组合是 1年生长 5cm的穗条 ,用 5 0 0mg/L 3号生根粉作蘸穗处理 ,选用森林土作基质的扦插床。表明云南红豆杉短穗条扦插育苗是成功的 ,经对扦插育苗的温、湿条件进行改善后 ,可投入生产。试验还获得了单叶生根的云南红豆杉植株。通过试验 ,扩展了对该树种无性繁殖潜力的认识。

Test of Seedling-raising by Short Cuttings of Taxus yunnanensis

Multifactor experiment of seedling-raising of Taxus yunnanensis by using the short cuttings of 5cm, 3cm and 1cm respectively, at Puwen Experimental Forest Farm of Xishuangbanna Prefecture. The Results showed that 69 days after cutting, the short cuttings of T. yunnanensis could achieve the stable period, the cutting survival rate of the cutting of 5cm, 3cm and 1cm could achieve 40.6%, 27.5% and 5.6% respectively. Among the experimental set up, the optimum combination was 5cm long cutting, dipping the cutting with 500 mg/L solution of rooting powder coded ABT No.3, using the forest soil as the medium of seedling bed. The experimental results implied the success of cuttage seedling-raising of T. yunnanensis, after improving the temperature and moisture condition, this method could be extended. Effective rooted seedling with only one leaf were obtained in this experiment. Through the test, the more understand towards the unisexual propagation of T. yunnanensis was achieved.
