重庆市区县综合实力评价的GA-BP方法

遗传神经网络模型综合了人工神经网络和遗传算法的优点，具有全局寻优、自学习、自适应的信息处理能力，用于地区综合实力的评价是可行的。设计了能反映重庆市各区(县、市)地区综合实力的3类共34个评价指标，并用GA—BP模型对其进行了评价分析。评价结果表明，渝中、沙坪坝等8个区(市)地区综合实力最强，永川、北碚等9个区(县、市)次之，南川、开县等10个区(县、市)一般，而黔江、城口等13个区(县、自治县、市)地区综合实力相对较弱。

APPLICATION OF THE GA-BP MODEL TO EVALUATE THE COMPREHENSIVE STRENGTH OF THE COUNTIES AND DISTRICTS OF CHONGQING MUNICIPALITY

The genetic neural network model, which integrates the advantages of artificial neural network and genetic algorithm, has the capacity of information disposal on looking for the best answer, self-study and self-adaptation. It is feasible to use this method to estimate the comprehensive strength of a given area. In the research reported in this paper, 34 evaluation indexes involving 3 types were designed and proved to be able to reflect the comprehensive strength of the counties, cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Chongqing. The results showed that 8 districts (cities) including Yuzgong and Shapingba had the greatest comprehensive strength, followed in sequence by 9 districts including Yongchuan and Beibei, 10 districts (counties) including Nanchuan and Kaixian, and 13 districts (counties and cities) including Qianjiang and Chengkou.
