高产节水小麦基因型生理特性及综合评价

摘    要: 应用4个年度的研究资料,综合分析了高产节水小麦基因型的生理特性。研究表明,叶水势、气孔阻力、蒸腾强度和离体叶片失水速率品种间均存在明显差异。根据最高产量、少水/足水产量比、叶水势、气孔阻力、蒸腾强度和离体叶片失水速率提出了综合评价高产节水小麦基因型的标准。

Abstract:An analysis of physiological characters for high-yielding and water-saving winter wheat was made based on 4-year experimental data. It was revealed that significant differences in leaf water potential,stomatal resistance,transpiration rate, and rate of water loss of excised-leaves existed among genotypes.An index for integrated evaluation of genotypes for high yield and water saving was developed by using weighted combination of the maximum yield, yield ratio of limited-watering/full-watering leaf water Potential, stomatal resistance, transpiration rate and rate of water loss of excised-leaves. This method would be valuable in the variety screening for water-saving management.
