黄瓜无毛基因gl-2的遗传分析和定位

摘    要: 以黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)有毛类型‘9110Gt’(P1)和无毛突变体‘NCG-042’(P2)为试材,对无毛基因gl-2进行遗传分析和基因定位研究。结果表明,黄瓜的有毛、无毛性状由一对核基因控制,有毛对无毛为显性。结合分离群体分组混合分析法(bulked segregant analysis,BSA),以F2为作图群体,筛选得到18对与黄瓜无毛基因gl-2相关的SSR引物,构建了gl-2基因的SSR连锁群,并将该基因定位在黄瓜第2染色体上,两侧最近的连锁标记为SSR10522和SSR13275,遗传距离分别为0.6 cM和3.8 cM。经过回交群体验证,SSR10522和SSR13275的正确率分别为94.4%和91.6%。
