摘    要:介绍了芦苇的饲用价值,从青贮、畜禽饲用、水产动物饲用等方面综述了芦苇的饲用研究进展,以期为芦苇饲料的开发与加工提供参考。

Abstract:Aquaculture production output in China is the world"s first, but the feed materials are shortage, and raises the problems of competing with humans for food. Phragmites australis is widely distributed in China, and its yield is high. Unharvested reeds may result in ecological environmental pollution in Dongting lake, because of lack high-quality and high-efficiency utilization methods. The utilization rate of reed in Dongting Lake area decreased significantly after the paper industry was withdrawn completely. The before studies shown that reed is a potential feed material, and the nutritive content of reed was higher than that of other grasses. Therefore, the development of reed into feed can not only solve the ecological environment damage caused by the lack of high-value and efficient use of reed, but also alleviate the shortage of conventional feed raw materials in China. Based on the existing literature, this paper reviews the current situation of feeding reed to fish, livestock and poultry, discusses the influence of the active substances of reed on the immune performance of animals, and analyzes the possibility of improving the immune performance of aquatic animals as feed source, so as to provide theoretical basis for the development and processing of reed feed for fishing.
