| 摘 要： | 中国种子产业市场化发展较晚,企业以中小企业类型居多,开展合作研发有助于增强企业的竞争优势。合作研发还未得到种子企业的足够重视,合作研发过程中还存在一些问题,种子企业应采取何种策略开展有效研发是本研究的主要目的。对种子企业的合作研发激励机制、研发能力和信息技术应用等方面进行分析,探寻当前种子企业合作研发存在的问题与应对策略,认为中国种子企业对于合作研发的研究与重视程度不足,存在缺少合作研发的激励机制与制度、研发能力相对较低、信息技术应用落后等问题,得出建立企业合作保障制度、签订长期合作协议、开展广泛合作、提高企业自身研发能力、提高信息技术应用水平等策略性建议。
