摘    要:
为快速、准确地检测土壤中氯离子的含量,采用以水作为提取剂,水土比1:10(v/w),超声处理30min提取的方法,结合以氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,阴离子交换柱分离,电导检测器检测的离子色谱检测手段。结果表明,该方法能够达到快速、准确地检测土壤中氯离子含量的目的,该方法精密度及准确度实验结果表明其适用于各类型土壤中氯离子含量的测定。

A method was introduced for analyzing chloridion content in soil by ion chromatography with water as extracting agent.Soil samples were extracted by deionized water at a water:soil ratio (v /w) of 10:1 and subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 30 min.Then the chloridion was separated by anion exchange chromatography with KOH as elution buffer and was detected by electrical conductivity detector.The results of accuracy and exactitude suggested that this method could be used to treat various soil samples with...
