金银花挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

考察了兽用双黄连滴丸中金银花挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺。采用正交试验设计，以金银花挥发油得率为指标优选提取工艺；以金银花挥发油包合物的产率、含油率以及包合率的综合评分为指标优选包合工艺方法。金银花挥发油的最佳提取工艺：浸泡时间为2h，提取时间5h，加水量为8倍条件；金银花挥发油β-环糊精最佳包合工艺：油：β-环糊精为1：6，包合温度60℃，恒温搅拌时间60min。通过验证所选提取工艺提油率高，包合效果好。

Study on the Technolog ies of Extraction and Inclusion for Volatile Oil in Honeysuckble

The optimum conditions of extraction and inclusion process for volatile oil from honeysuckble was studied by orthogonal design. The yield rate as the index of extracting technology was determined ; the comprehensive score of productivity, oil content and inclusion rate of inclusion complex as the index of inclusion process was also tested. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting and inclusion were： the soak time of 2 h,extraction time of 10 h, the water addition of eight times, oil ：β- CD of 1 ： 6, isothermal stirring time of 60 min and inclusion temperature of 60℃.
