电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定动物食品中多元素方法研究

摘    要:本文介绍用电感耦合等离子光谱法,同时测定乳粉及猪肉中钙、磷、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硼、钼、铝10种微量元素。采用干灰化法制样。结果表明,除硼外,其他各元素测定的添加回收率为95~110%。用二次回归正交旋转设计方法选择了适合于各元素的分析操作条件,使各元素都达到较好的检测限,特别是痕量元素,例如铜为0.005,Mo为0.009,Mn为0.002,B为0.007ppm。通过背景校正,消除光谱干扰,改善了测定精密度,对于痕量元素Mo,Mn,B,Cu,Al,其测定变异系数为3.25~14.5%,其他元素为1.48~3.98%。分析方法的准确度,通过对标准参考物质桃叶82301的测定进行验证。对黑龙江省13种牌号的乳粉及5个品种的猪肉样品进行了测定。

Abstract:A method of determining Ca,P,Mg,Fe,Cu, Mn, Zn, B, Mo, Al in milk powder and pork by Perkin-Slmer ICP-6500 was studied. The sample was transformed into solution by dry ashing method.The recoveries covered a range of 95~110% except for B. An optimum operation condition was chosen by the use of Designed Rotational Experiment, Owing to this effect, all of the elements studied reached a good detection limit, especially for trace elements, such as Cu 0.005, Mo 0.009, Mn 0.002, B 0.007(ppm). The determination of B in food was great success. In addition, a background correction technique was adopted, so the precision of this method got improved greatly. For trace elements Mo, Mn, B, Cu, Al, the coefficients of variation were between 3.25~14.5, and the others 1.48~3.98. The verification of accuracy of this analytical procedure was accomplished by the analysis of the standard reference material Peach Leaf 82301, and the error was within the allowed range. Thirteen brands of milk powder and five varieties of pork in Heilongjiang Province were analysed by this method.The data is valuable for iood nutrition and contamination monitoring.This procedure is also suitable for the determination of animal tissues,blood,feeds and plant material.The multielement analysis of pork by ICP has not been reported currently in China.
