| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国城镇化进程中的现状,指出我国目前城镇化进程中土地利用中的主要矛盾和需要解决的问题,提出其应对措施,并指出土地整理是推进我国城镇化进程的有效方法,强调只有做到在保证经济建设必须用地的同时,实现耕地的总量动态平衡,才能实现土地资源的可持续利用和经济、社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The principal contradictions and problems in land utilization in the urbanization process of China at present were pointed out and some countermeasures were proposed through analyzing the present situation of urbanization process of China.It was pointed out that land consolidation was an effective method of promoting urbanization of China.It was emphasized that only by realizing the total dynamic balance of farmland,meanwhile ensuring the necessary land of economic construction,the sustainable utilization of land resource and the sustainable economic and social development can be realized. |
