烟草叶片感染赤星病时的某些生理生化变化

烟草感染赤星病严重地影响叶片的代谢状况：光合色素（尤其叶绿素）的含量降低，干物质的积累减少，可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量下降，硝酸还原酶的活性降低，而过氧化物酶的活性却明显地升高。

PHYSIOLOGICAL-BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES OF TOBACCO LEAVES INFECTED WITH BROWN SPOT DISEASE

This article reported that physiological-biochemical changes of tobacco leaves infected with brown spot disease. The test results indicate that metabolic circumstances of tobacco leaves are significantly affected by tobacco brown spot disease.Photo-synthetic pigment (especially chlorophyll)content, accumulation of dry matter,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,activity of nitrate reductase are decreased,but activity of peroxidase is significantly increased.
