经济落后地区开展新型农村合作医疗面临的主要问题分析

在经济落后地区开展新型农村合作医疗面临着贫困人口多,农民收入水平低,集体和政府扶持能力有限以及筹资成本过高,基层医疗服务水平低等问题。因此,应大力加强基层医疗单位的建设,在实行一定程度强制的同时,通过调整筹资顺序、采用非货币筹资等方法,促进新型农村合作医疗的开展。

Analysis of the New-type Rural Cooperative Medical Service

There are many problems in the new-type rural cooperative medical service in poorer regions in China.In these regions peasants have lower income and the money collecting from government and collective economic organizations is little.The cost of collection is higher and the level of medical service is lower.To settle these problems,we should improve the level of medical service,force partly peasants to join new-type rural cooperative medical service.We can also change the order of collecting money and allow peasant to use goods to exchange medical service.
