摘    要:
用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)方法研究天然橡胶(NR)生胶的氧化反应和氧化反应动力学,根据Dolye氧化反应诱导期方程得到NR生胶的氧化反应诱导期,并与塑性保持率(PRI)的结果进行比较.结果表明,氧化反应诱导期能较准确反映NR抗氧化的能力,且不受NR制胶工艺的影响;制胶工艺相同时,NR的氧化反应诱导期与PRI的趋向性一致,制胶工艺不相同时,NR的氧化反应诱导期与PRI的趋向性不一致.这一方法克服了制胶工艺对评价NR抗氧化性能的影响,是一个评价NR抗氧化能力的较理想的方法.

Abstract:
The oxidation reaction and the kinetics of oxidation reaction of raw natural rubber(NR)were studied by use of thermogravimetry(TG)and differential thermal analysis(DTA)method. The induction period for oxidation reaction of raw NR calculated from Dolye's equation of induction period of oxidation reaction was compared with the plasticity retention index(PRI)of raw NR. The results show that the induction period for oxidation reaction reflects more exactly the resistance of NR to oxidation and is not influenced by rubber processing technology. It was found that the trends of induction period for oxidation reaction and the PRI are alike when the rubber processing technologies adopted are the same, but different when the rubber processing technologies adopted are not the same. This method overcomes the effect of rubber processing technologies on the evaluation of the resistance of NR to oxidation, and is hence an ideal method for evaluation of the resistance of NR to oxidation.
