| 摘 要： | 研究基本培养基MS、1/2MS、改良MS与不同浓度水平的6BA、NAA、马铃薯等方面对金线莲芽的增殖、长势方面产生的影响。在生根方面则主要是研究基本培养1/4MS、1/10MS、1/4改良MS以及添加物马铃薯对金线莲组培生根的方面影响。结果表明,金线莲增殖的最佳培养基为改良MS+6BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+200 g/L马铃薯,最佳生根培养基组合为1/4改良MS+NAA0.5 mg/L+马铃薯200 g/L。

| Abstract: | Effects of combination of basal medium(MS,1/2MS and modified MS)and different concentration of 6-BA,NAA and potato on the bourgeoning and growth vigor of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl while impacts of combination of medium(1/4MS,1/10MS and 1/4modifiedMS)and adding potato on the rooting of this plant were studied.Results showed that medium of“modifiedMS+6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+potato200 g/L”was the best on bud proliferation while medium of“1/4modifiedMS+NAA0.5 mg/L+potato 200 g/L”was the most excellent on rooting. |
