宜昌地区核桃不同嫁接方法应用效果分析

本研究主要通过在湖北宜昌地区开展核桃3种常用嫁接方法相关对比试验,分析不同嫁接方法对嫁接成活率的影响及其优缺点,以期为宜昌地区今后核桃生产实践中选用适宜的嫁接方法提供参考。结果表明:核桃方块芽接成活率最高,皮接次之,劈接最低;核桃方块芽接方式中穗芽与砧木切口接触面越大,嫁接成活率越高;核桃皮接方式中接穗切面角度在15°左右时,嫁接成活率最高。

Effect Analysis of Different Grafting Methods of Juglans regia in Yichang

In this study,three commonly used grafting methods of Juglans regia were compared in Yichang area of Hubei province,and the effects of different grafting methods on grafting survival rate and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,so as to provide references for selecting appropriate grafting methods in future Juglans regia production practice in Yichang area.The results showed that:the survival rate of Juglans regia square bud grafting was the highest,skin grafting was the second,split grafting was the lowest.In square bud grafting method of Juglans regia,the larger the contact area between the ear bud and the cutting of root stock,the higher the grafting survival rate.The graft survival rate of skin grafting method was the highest when the scion cutting angle was about 15°.
