| 摘 要： | 通过两年多的试验，探明了鲜食品种西吕枣的最佳增殖与生根条件，获得了试管丛生苗，增殖系数达5倍以上，生根率高达98．2％，移栽和田间定植成活率分别达95％和93％以上。

| Abstract: | Two-year trials on tissue culture of a jujube variety native to Yantai, Shandong Province showed that the optimum multiplication medium was MS + BA 4mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L and the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS + IBA 0.3mg/L. The cluster shoots in vitro was obtained firstly, the multiplication modulus was over 5 times, the rooting rate reached 98.2%, and the transplanting and field planting survivor rate reached 95% and 93%. |
