| 摘 要： | 分析了池州市环保能力建设存在的主要问题，提出了从健全监测监控网络、建立突发性污染事故应急处理系统、设立环境信息中心机构、完善环境管理体制4个重点方面加强池州市环保能力建设，更好地实现池州环境保护可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main problems in constructing the environmental protection capacity of Chizhou,proposes to strengthen the construction of Chizhou environmental protection capacity from the four aspects of improving the monitoring network,establishing the emergency treatment system for pollution accidents,building the environmental information center and ameliorating environmental management system,so as to realize the environmental sustainable development in Chizhou. |
