| Abstract: | Currently,there are many problems about the current rural land transfer,such as fuzzy property rights,not standardized transfer behavior,and imperfect circulation mechanism.Corresponding measures were proposed.Clear rules and guidance should be enforced on the laws and legislative on the aspects of rural land transfer shall be strengthened. |
