摘    要:目的]比较不同施氮水平对越冬茬嫁接与自根黄瓜生长和生理的影响。方法]以嫁接和自根黄瓜为试材,通过日光温室栽培试验研究了不同施氮水平对其叶绿素含量、光合速率日变化等生理指标的影响。结果]拉秧前嫁接植株的最高和最低株高分别为221.4和172.8cm,自根植株的分别为144.0和106.9cm。生长前期和中期,嫁接黄瓜中G2的叶片数最多,自根黄瓜中s3的叶片数最多。嫁接植株生长前期的叶面积大于后期,自根植株则相反。2月8日以前,嫁接植株的最佳光合叶面积大于自根植株.之后小于自根植株。初果期和盛果期,嫁接植株中G3的叶绿素a含量最高,自根植株中s3的最高;嫁接植株的叶绿素a/b比值小于同等氮肥水平的自根植株。初果期,嫁接植株中G2的硝酸还原酶活性最高,盛果期和末果期G3的最高;整个生育期,自根植株中s3的都最高。结论]该研究为氮肥在日光温室栽培黄瓜中的合理使用提供了科学依据。
