浙江省大中型水库员工薪酬现状与影响因素分析

摘    要:对浙江省内大中型水库进行了典型调查,涉及56家大中型水库。调查发现:浙江省大中型水库人员人均年工资为3.52万元,远低于其他事业单位的平均工资;人均年工资与地区经济发展水平存在一定关联;水库人均年工资与水库年利润之间无显著关联;而人均年工资与水库年收入之间存在显著线性相关;人均年工资与水库运行年限长短无显著性联系。

Abstract:A typical investigation was conducted, involving 56 large and medium-sized reservoirs in Zbejiang Province. The survey finds : the average personnel annual salary of large and medium-sized reservoirs is 35 200 yuan in Zhejiang Province, far lower than other institutions ; the annual average wage and the economic development levels of region has certain relevance ; there is no significant correlation between the annual average salary and reservoir's net annual income (profit), and there is a significant linear correlation between annual average salary and reservoir income, there is no significant contact between the annual average salary and operation time length of reservoir.
