| Abstract: | The paper discussed the significance of sterilization technology in food engineering.Fourteen kinds of new sterilization techniques were introduced,including their peculiarity,research status and application fields.It also put forward the developing trends of modern sterilization technology and the tactics of developing food sterilization technology in China. |
