一例犬腹股沟疝气的诊断与治疗

腹腔脏器经腹股沟环脱出至腹股沟外侧皮下形成局限性隆起，称为腹股沟疝。2012年，接诊了1只4岁的雌性巴哥犬，临床检查结果显示左右大腿内侧各有1肿块，据检查结果初步怀疑为腹股沟疝。结合X光、B超检查和血液检查确定该犬患有腹股沟疝。在征得畜主同意后，采用手术治疗和术后综合性护理措施，愈后良好。

Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Canine Inguinal Hernia

Inguinal hernia was caused that abdominal organs prolapse into lateral fold inguen subcutaneouly with the formation of local swelling. In 2012, a four-year-old female pug dog was diagnosed, the clincal symptoms showed that there was lump emoribus internus,combining with X-ray examination, B-ultrasonic wave examination and blood smear test, the case was made a definite diagnosis as inguinal hernia. The operation was taken,comprehensive nursing intervention was applied, and the prognosis was good.
