摘    要:毛发的生长与毛囊的形态发生和周期性变化密不可分,毛囊的形态发生和周期性变化依赖上皮角质细胞和真皮间质细胞的相互作用。作者综述了毛囊的结构、形态发生、周期性变化,讨论了毛囊形态发生和周期性变化过程中相关信号因子的作用,以期为在分子水平阐述毛囊形态发生和周期性变化的调控机制提供依据,为提高绒毛的产量和品质提供参考。

Abstract:The growth of hair is associated intimately with hair follicle morphogenesis and cyclical variation, hair follicle morphogenesis and cyclical variation depend on intensive interactions between epithelial keratinocytes and dermis mesenchymal cells. The paper reviewed the structure, morphogenesis and cyclical variation of hair follicle, discussed the effect of signal factors on the progress of hair follicle morphogenesis and cyclical variation. The paper aims to not only provide foundation for elaborating regulatory mechanisms of hair follicle morphogenesis and cyclical variation at the molecular level, but also provide reference for the increase of cashmere's production and quality.
