| 摘 要： | 本试验从辽宁地区某猪场疑似患有断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的猪群中采集病料,采用PCR方法进行猪圆环病毒2型(porcine circovirus type 2,PCV2)的检测,在此基础上对阳性病料进行PCV2全基因组克隆和序列分析。结果表明,PCV2辽宁分离株基因组全长为1768 bp,与国内外PCV2分离株的同源性为95.9%~99.5%,其中与丹麦分离株(EF565365)、澳大利亚分离株(AY424405)和江苏分离株(FJ158606)同源性最高,均为99.5%;与广东分离株(JX912915)同源性最低,为95.9%。

| Abstract: | In this study, some PMWS-suspected samples from a swine farm in Liaoning province were detected by PCR method,then we amplified the complete genome of PCV2 and made some sequence analysis. The results showed that the complete genome of PCV2 Liaoning strain was 1768 bp in length. The nucleotide homology between the PCV2 Liaoning strain and other strains ranged from 95.9% to 99.5%. Among these strains, the PCV2 Liaoning strain showed the highest homology with Denmark (EF565365), Australia (AY424405) and Jiangsu (FJ158606), all about 99.5%, the lowest homology was with Guangdong (JX912915) about 95.9%. |
