| 摘 要： | 农业机械化是当前农业发展的主要趋势，强化农机成人教育培训则是推动农业机械化发展的主要手段之一。党的十八大提出要加强农业现代化建设，只有通过完善农机成人教育培训，才能促使农业机械化发展带动农业现代化建设。结合农机成人教育培训的特征，分析当前农机成人教育现状，并提出相应的发展思路，以期加快我国农业现代化建设。

| Abstract: | Agricultural mechanization is main trend of agriculture development，strengthening agricultural machinery adult education and training is one of the main means to promote development of agricultural mechanization.The party′s eighteen proposed to strengthen construction of agricultural modernization.Only by improving agricultural machinery adult education and training，development of agricultural mechanization could promote agricultural modernization.Combined with characteristics of adult education in agricultural machinery training，current situation of adult education in agricultural machinery development was analyzed，and corresponding train of thought was put forward to speed up our country′s agricultural modernization. |
