摘    要:以客车的车身骨架为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件建立了某客车车身骨架的有限元模型,对该客车实际运行中的4种典型工况(水平弯曲工况、极限扭转工况、紧急制动工况、急转弯工况)下的强度和刚度进行了分析,发现车身骨架强度有所富余。并在此静态分析的基础上对该车身骨架进行了轻量化设计,结果表明改进后的车身骨架结构强度和刚度满足要求。

Abstract:Bus body frame is analyzed in this paper by using FEA.The finite element model of bus body frame is built by the software ABAQUS. The strength and stiffness under four typical working conditions are analyzed, including level bending, limiting torsion, emergency brake and sudden swerve. The strength of the bus body frame was found to be redundant. So the lightweight design of bus body skeleton is carried out on the basis of the static analysis. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the improved body skeleton of the bus meets the requirements.
