摘    要:
为了指导NVH工程师更好地进行故障诊断和声学设计,在简述了传递路径分析(TPA)方法的基本原理与局限的基础上,提出一种传递函数无偏估计方法,改进了测试方法。从而可以在实车工作情况下,利用振动测试中容易测得的数据进行振动传递路径分析。提高了分析计算精度,简化了测试过程,并缩短了测试时间。应用MatLab编写了测试数据的后处理程序。最后以国产某轿车为例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to help NVH engineers to obtain troubleshooting and sound design more precisely, the past progress of transfer path analysis (TPA) and its limitations are reviewed, and an innovative unbiased estimation methodology of transfer function is introduced and applied. The measurement method of transfer function is improved. Then TPA using the data of easy measurement under real vehicle operation conditions can be put in practice. Aeeuracy of transfer function is improved, the pro- cess of measurement is predigested, and time is decreased. A data post-processing program of measurement is written by Mat- Lab. Finally, the effectiveness of the improvement of TPA is validated through vibration of engine transmitting to compartment.
