拖拉机驾驶室可靠性疲劳试验研究

摘    要:分析了拖拉机驾驶室的振动环境,提出了一种用定频正弦振动等效模拟窄带随机振动的试验方法,编制了拖拉机驾驶室的室内可靠性疲劳试验载荷谱,达到以较少的试验投入实现拖拉机驾驶室振动环境室内疲劳模拟试验的目的。

Abstract:According to the analysis of field tests of several typical working conditions, the vibration response of a tractor cab was described as a narrow band vibration. In order to simulate it, this paper explained the equivalence of a narrow band vibration and a sinusoidal vibration and established a strengthened test spectrum which was compiled from single working condition spectrums. Instead of a test of narrow band vibration, a test of sinusoidal vibration was applied to the tractor cab. It made the fatigue life test method of a tractor cab simplified. The result of test was expected.
