摘    要:在最佳的毛细管电泳条件下建立达乌里秦艽指纹图谱.实验选择胶束毛细管电泳法,测得的指纹图谱具有11个共有峰.通过共有峰的相对保留时间和峰面积,可以衡量药材的质量及其真伪.实验方法的稳定性、精密度、重现性良好,说明实验方法准确可靠,可以为达乌里秦艽质量控制研究提供方法和思路.

Abstract:An MEKC (micellar electrokinetic chromatographic) fingerprint of Gentiana dahurica Fisch was established under optimal capillary electrophoresis conditions. The fingerprint had 11 common peaks. The relative retention time and peak area of the common peaks were used to measure the quality and authenticity of medicinal materials. This experimental method was shown to have good stability, precision and reproducibility and, therefore, is accurate and reliable and is recommended for quality control of G. dahurica Fisch.
