安徽省农产品地理标志使用效率提升路径研究

通过对我国及安徽省农产品地理标志的注册和登记情况的研究发现，农产品地理标志的经济效益、消费者行为、生产者行为、政府监管部门行为是影响农产品地理标志使用效率的因素。安徽省提升农产品地理标志使用效率的路径是，要采用保障农产品地理标志的经济收益，加强农产品商标品牌建设，提高消费者认知度，加强生产组织管理提升生产者有效参与度，加强立法执法、完善地理标志保护机制，加强管理分工、建立高效的地理标志管理制度。

Improvement Path of Applying Geographical Signs of Anhui Province to theAgricultural Product's Trademarks

Based on the research on the registration of agricultural product''s trademarks applyinggeographical signs in China and Anhui Province, this paper studies their use efficiency from four aspects:economic benefits of agricultural products, consumer behaviors, producer behaviors, and behaviors ofgovernment regulatory authorities. So some suggestions on how to improve the use efficiency of agriculturalproduct''s trademarks applying geographical signs in Anhui Province are proposed: (1) to ensure the bettereconomic benefits for the geographical signs applied to agricultural product''s trademarks; (2) to strengthenthe brand construction of agricultural product''s trademarks; (3) to enhance consumer awareness; (4) tostrengthen organization and management; (5) to enhance the effective participation of producers; (6) toimprove the protection mechanism for geographical signs; (7) to strengthen the legal system construction;(8) to establish an efficient management system for geographical signs applied to agricultural product''strademarks.
