摘    要:主要介绍了水提醇沉法、酸碱浸提法、酶法、超声波法、微波法和超临界流体提取法6种提取方法提取食用菌多糖的原理、优缺点及近年来的研究成果,以期在食用菌多糖的提取应用上提供参考。

Abstract:Several extracting methods of edible fungus polysaccharides were introduced in this paper, such as hot water extraction, acids and alkali extraction, enzymatic extraction, soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction and super-critical fluid extraction. All the mechanisms of methods, advantages and disadvantages and the results of recent researches were also included. This paper was done to be a reference for further researches in edible fungus polysaccharides.
