| Abstract: | Several extracting methods of edible fungus polysaccharides were introduced in this paper, such as hot water extraction, acids and alkali extraction, enzymatic extraction, soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction and super-critical fluid extraction. All the mechanisms of methods, advantages and disadvantages and the results of recent researches were also included. This paper was done to be a reference for further researches in edible fungus polysaccharides. |
