活性炭和培养容器对黄独种质离体保存的影响

摘    要:通过植物组织培养和单因子试验的方法研究了活性炭和培养容器对黄独种质离体保存的影响。结果表明,0.3 g/L活性炭可抑制黄独试管苗的生长,提高其成活率;培养容器越大越有利于黄独试管苗的生长,但不利于黄独试管苗的保存。综合考虑,100 mL三角瓶对黄独的生长发育和离体保存较适宜。试验结果为黄独种质保存提供了基本的理论依据。

Abstract:The research showed activated carbon could inhibit the growth of Dioscorea bulbifera L.and improved its survival rate;The bigger the culture vessel,the more favorable to the growth of D.bulbifera L.,but the less favorable to the conservation of D.bulbifera L..In a word,100ml vessel was suitable for growth and conservation in vitro for D.bulbifera L..The results provided theoretical foundation for germplasm conservation of D.bulbifera L..
