土庄绣线菊水浸液对小鼠急性酒精肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘    要:本试验旨在研究土庄绣线菊水浸液对小鼠急性酒精肝损伤的保护作用。将试验小鼠随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、模型组和空白组5组。采用一次酒精灌胃法建立急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠模型。建模后,测定各小鼠肝组织谷胱甘肽(GSH)与丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清中冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)的活性,并进行肝组织病理切片观察。结果显示,土庄绣线菊水浸液能够明显降低酒精性肝损伤引起的AST和ALT活性的升高,能有效保持肝脏中GSH含量和明显降低MDA含量,说明土庄绣线菊水浸液对乙醇所致肝损伤具有保护作用,能明显改善酒精引起的肝脏损害。

Abstract:To study hepato protective effect of Spiraea pubescens in mice with acute hepatic injury induced by ethanol,fifty male mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,model group and three different Spiraea pubescens doses test groups.Ethanol was administered to the test group and model group in a dose of 12 mL/kg body weight.The activities of ALT and AST in the blood serum,with contents of MDA and GSH in liver homogenates as well as the pathological changes of the liver were determined in all groups.The results illustrated serum ALT and AST and liver MDA in test group was significantly less than model group(P<0.05);liver GSH in test group was more than model group(P<0.05).This indicated Spiraea pubescens has a powerful protective effect on ethanol-induced acute hepatic injury,the liver necrosis and degeneration induced by enthanol were also improved significantly by Spiraea pubescens.
