摘    要:以披碱草为原料,通过添加甲酸、纤维素酶、乳酸菌制剂和纤维素酶与乳酸菌混合制剂,来探讨不同添加剂对披碱草青贮饲料品质的影响。试验结果表明:四种添加剂均可显著降低青贮饲料的pH值,乳酸的含量均显著增加。甲酸、纤维素酶和乳酸菌对青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值都有一定的改善作用;纤维素酶与乳酸菌混合制剂对青贮饲料发酵品质和营养价值有明显的的改善作用,其中0.015%CE+0.005%LD处理组对披碱草的发酵品质和营养价值的改善作用最为明显。

Abstract:Elyrnus dahuricus Tnrcz was used as material to make silage by adding different additives(formic acid, cellulose enzyme, lactobacillus, the mixture of cellulose enzyme arid lactobacillus). The result showed that all treatments evidently decreased the pH value and increased the content of lactic acid. The formic acid, cellulose enzyme and the lactobacillus can improve the silage fermentation quality and nutritional value. The mixture of cellulose enzyme and lactobacillus can improve the silage fermentation quality and nutritional value evidently. The treatment(0.015%CE+0.005%LD)is the best of all.
