| 摘 要： | 分析了１２２例经手术与病理证实的肝转移瘤的ＣＴ表现,结果表明：肝转移瘤以小而多发之圆形成类圆形为特征,平扫表现为低密度有１１８例,等密度与高密度各２例,病灶有囊变、坏死３６例;增强扫描无强化７３例,周边有轻度强化４９例,表现有＂牛眼征＂４例。本文并对其诊断及鉴别诊断作了讨论。

| Abstract: | CT manifestations of hepatic metastasis tumors in 122 patients comfirmed surgicopathologically were analysed. Small and mutiple round or roundoid lesions were the features of hepatic metastasis tumors.In the plain scan,the lesions displayed hypodense in 118,isodense in 2 and heperdence in 2.The lesions necrotized or formed cyst in 36.In contrast scan,lesions did not enhance in 73,appeared slight enhancement in circumference in 49 and appeared "bull's eye" sign in 4.In this paper,the diagnoses and differential diagnoses of this disease were discussed too. |
