| 摘 要： | 分析了河北省粮食生产发展态势、生产能力及其影响因素,对2020年全省粮食生产能力进行了预测,认为届时仍然将总体平稳、丰年有余,提出了以树1个观念、强化1个支撑、完善4项机制为核心的确保粮食安全的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Current status of the development of grain production,production capacity and influencing factors in Hebei were analyzed.Hebei provincial grain production ability in 2020 were predicted,and the results showed that the yield could still be stable and abundant.Food safety countermeasures,with the core tasks of constructing 1 concept,strengthening 1 support system and completing 4 mechanisms were put forward. |
