| Abstract: | Current scientific research personnel structure of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences was introduced.By analyzing main existing problems,corresponding solutions were put forward,so as to give an example for other scientific research institutes to develop staffs and to enhance research ability. |
