摘    要:研究了不同浓度NaC l胁迫,对草莓品种叶片MDA含量、质膜透性、SOD活性和POD活性的影响。结果表明:随着NaC l胁迫浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,草莓叶片MDA含量增加,质膜透性升高,SOD活性和POD活性均呈先升高后下降的趋势,但品种不同、盐胁迫浓度不同,活性高峰出现的时间早晚不同。在维持膜系统稳定性方面,POD比SOD占更主要的地位。

Abstract:The effects of NaCl stress on MDA content,membrane permeability,SOD and POD activities of strawberry leaves were studied.The results showed that MDA content and membrane permeability increased,and SOD and POD activities increased first and then decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration and prolonging of stress time.The activity peak of different varieties and treatments appeared at different time.POD played a more important role than SOD in maintaining the membrane permeability.
