摘    要:以菌丝块伤口接种为处理,空白培养基圆块伤口接种为对照,通过垂直板发芽试验研究了大豆于幼苗期被尖孢镰刀菌侵染后核酸含量、蛋白质含量及保护性酶活性的动态变化,并对其病原菌和寄主的互相关系进行了分析.结果表明:尖孢镰刀菌的侵染会使大豆幼苗中的核酸含量、蛋白质含量增加,保护性酶活性升高,且这些指标的变化存在时间效应.

Abstract:This paper studied the dynamic changes of nucleic acids content, protein content and activity of protective enzymes in soybean seeding infected by Fusarium oxysporum with using wound inoculation through the experiment of vertical plank germination. Meanwhile, interaction of pathogen and host was analyzed. Results indicated that infection of Fusarium oxysporum increased the contents of nucleic acids and protein and elevated protective enzymes activity in soybean seeding. Besides, these indexes were related with domino effect of time.
