9F-20型单相粉碎机的研制

饲料粉碎机是饲料机械中应用最为广泛的一种机械。目前,国内外大多数饲料加工厂采用的是锤式粉碎机。其优点是适用性高、操作使用方便、单位功率消耗少。为此,研制了一种适用于广大农村使用的、生产率高的单相粉碎机,以适应黑龙江省发展畜牧业的要求和市场的需要。试验结果证明,机具各项指标达到了设计要求。

Development of the 9F-20 Single-phase Disintegrator

Forage disintegrator is machinery widely used in the forage machine. At present, in the internal or external many forage processing works use the hammer mill. Its virtues are high applicability, convenient operation and utilization, and low consumption of unity power. Hence, the single-phase disintegrator applied in the rural is developed to adapt the requirements of developing the animal husbandry and demand of market in Heilongjiang. The experiment results indicate that the indexes of this machine reach the design requirements.
