三轮农用运输车侧倾稳定性的计算方法

摘    要:指出了三轮农用运输车悬架以上质量的侧倾轴线位置,分析了悬架以上质量的 地整车侧倾稳定角和临界翻倾车速的影响。在此基础上,推导了三轮农用运输车侧倾稳定性计算公式。给出了计算实例,并与传统方法和试验结果进行了比较,结果表明,本文的计算方法结果更精确。

Abstract:Inclined axis of sprung mass of a three wheeled farm transport vehicle and the effects of the inclination of the sprung mass on the lateral stability and the critical speed of the vehicle were analyzed. Rollover stability on side slope and overturning stability during lateral acceleration were determined. It shows that the results by new formulas, in which the effect of sprung mass roll is taken into account, are more accurate than that obtained by the present formulas. A controlled suspension on rear axle can improve the lateral stability of vehicle. A suggestion was made that the variable rate spring or main and supplementary springs could be used as rear suspension of three wheeled farm transport vehicle.
