川产道地药材川芎中重金属的来源途径研究

摘    要:目的]检测及分析都江堰市徐渡乡川芎(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong)药材及栽培土壤中重金属的含量,分析川芎药材中重金属的来源途径。方法]用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对抽样药材及其栽培土壤中Cu、Pb、Cd的含量进行检测。结果]采样区域内土壤中Cu、Pb含量均符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cd含量超过全国土壤背景平均值;川芎药材中Cu的含量符合国家GAP药用植物标准,Pb含量略微超标,药材中Cu、Pb含量均低于土壤。药材中Cd的含量超过土壤,并严重超过国家标准要求。结论]川芎高Cd含量与土壤中Cd含量较高有关,其对土壤中Cd有较强的富集作用。

Study on the Source of Heavy Metal Elements in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to detect and analyze the heavy metals content in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and its cultivated soils of Xudu town in Dujiangyan so as to find out the source of its heavy metal elements.Methods]AAS was adopted to detect the contents of Cu,Pb and Cd in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong samples and soils.Results]The contents of Cu and Pb in the soil samples were all up to the national second class standard for soil environmental quality,while the content of Cd exceeded the average soil background value of China;the content of Cu in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong met the national GAP Medicinal Plants Standard while its Pb content was slightly over the standard and its Cu and Pb content were lower than that in soils.The content of Cd in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong was more than that in soils and seriously far beyond the GAP Medicinal Plants standard.Conclusion]The high content of Cd in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong resulted from the high Cd content in soils,and it had enrichment effect for Cd in soils.
