泵诱导轮理论与设计

摘    要:对诱导轮设计的两个重要性能参数--流量系数和扬程进行了理论分析和研究,提出了诱导轮的关键几何参数的确定方法及其设计步骤。具体设计实例的实验结果表明,文中提出的设计方法既能改善泵的汽蚀性能,又能保证泵的效率不受影响。

Abstract:Flowrate coefficient and head governed by the leading edge and trailing edge respectively are the two important performance paramenters of an inducer. In this paper, both the parameters were studied and analyzed. Based on the Brumfield criteria, the minimum NPSH, the maximum specific suction speed as well as the optimum tip diameter were conducted. Then a new design method of the leading edge, which matches the relations above was developed. On the other hand, a computational method of head with consideration of the hydraulic efficiency was demonstrated. At last, a developed pump with an inducer was tested and the results showed that the inducer greatly improved the cavitation performance of the pump.
