| 摘 要： | 在当前新农村规划的形势下,环洞庭湖区的新农村规划应当因地制宜、结合实际,顺应时代和民众的需求,在实践工作中注重"新"探索,即探索"二十一字"目标的"新理解"、探索"门槛分析法"运用于新农村规划的"新思维"、探索由"台湾模式"启示的"新政策,"将社会主义新农村规划落到实处。

| Abstract: | Under the new rural planning situation,the new rural planning in Dong-ting Lake area should be made according to local conditions combined the actuality,conform the needs of the age and people,pay attention to the new exploration in the practice working and put socialist new rural planning into the practice.The new exploration included the exploration of new awareness to"the 21 words" target,the exploration of the new thinking of using threshold analysis in the new rural planning and the exploration of the new policy inspired by the "Taiwan pattern". |
