水资源优化配置研究进展

摘    要:结合我国水资源问题,阐述了水资源优化配置的作用,对国内外水资源优化配置的研究进展做了评述,从可持续发展的角度,对水资源优化配置研究成果的特点进行归纳。在此基础上,指出水质水量联合优化配置和水资源优化配置效果评价的理论、模型和方法,以及3S技术和新优化算法在水资源优化配置中的应用,是水资源优化配置研究的重要领域。

Abstract:Combined with the problems of water resources in china,the function of water resources optimal distribution is clarified. Internal and external study advance about water resources optimal distribution is summarized. From the point of sustainable development, characteristics for study achievements in water resources optimal distribution are summed up. On the basis of what have been mentioned above, the important research fields are pointed out, which include theory, models and methods of the optimal distribution combined with water quantity and water quality; theory, models and methods for assessing the effect of water resources optimal distribution;and application of 3S(GIS,GPS,RS)technology and new optimal method in water resources optimal distribution.
